Manifesto

AIM Higher seeks to be a force for positive change in the lives and careers of artists. We believe in the happy accident, the serendipitous, alchemy, intuition, and the power of collaboration. We believe in the energetic power of creativity, in breaking down systems and silos, and fostering empathy for one another through our works of art.

We strive for cultural change that recognizes the value of its artist-citizens and compensates them fairly for their contributions. We aim to interrogate systemic assumptions that result, wittingly or unwittingly, in bias. We are dedicated to conserving and cultivating the vibrancy and essentiality of the arts in our own lives and in the lives of our communities. We are artists helping other artists develop their craft.
