Code of Conduct / Non-Discrimination Policy

AIM Higher Inc. does not discriminate and will not tolerate any instances of discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, ethnicity or national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status in any of its activities or operations. These activities include, but are not limited to, hiring and firing of staff, selection of volunteers and vendors, and provision of services.

Should a board or staff member, independent contractor, volunteer or program participant be found to violate any aspect of the organization’s code of conduct, AIM Higher Inc. reserves the right to dismiss them from the program.
